Hi,
We have a common mailbox shared managing by a group of users with an auto-reply agent developed ourselves. Generally it works fine, however it has an intermittent problem that now and then it will send out auto replies for those old processed mails. As those senders are our valued customers and questioned us why they have received such auto-reply from us for the mail they sent to us a few months ago. It doesn't reflect good to the company. Therefore, will appreciate if someone can share some lights on how to resolve the issue.
Here provide some information for the auto-reply agent. It will be triggered "After New Mail has Arrived" and it is using "Reply to Sender" found under "Simple Action".
